Agency ad account pricing: subscription, deposit and commission

An agency account quote can contain several different amounts. The subscription pays for the service. Advertising funds pay for your campaigns. A commission, when charged, is calculated on an agreed base. Separating these amounts helps you understand the money required to start and the cost of continuing.

What the $1 first month means

For Elite Ecom’s single-account offer, the first month’s service fee is $1. It becomes $750 per month afterward, with a minimum commitment of two months. A minimum $1,000 advertising deposit is required separately. All amounts in this example are US dollars, not euros.

That makes the minimum initial payment $1,001 before taxes or any additional fees disclosed before payment. Across the first two months, the subscription totals $751. Adding the initial advertising deposit brings those stated components to $1,751 across that period, before further ad funding, taxes or other disclosed fees. This is not a promise that $1,000 will cover two months of your planned campaigns.

Why the advertising deposit is separate

The deposit is money allocated to advertising, rather than an additional subscription fee. Ask when it becomes available, where you can see the balance and how additional funding works. Confirm whether there is a minimum top-up and what happens to unused funds.

Do not assume that a deposit is refundable, immediately withdrawable or a credit facility. Those are different contractual arrangements. The answer should be written down before payment, especially when sending funds by bank transfer or cryptocurrency.

What 0% on ad spend does and does not mean

Elite Ecom charges no commission on advertising spend. The subscription still applies. Currency conversion, payment processing or taxes can also be separate items if applicable and disclosed. “0% on spend” therefore describes one pricing component; it does not mean the entire service is free.

For an arithmetic example, a hypothetical 5% commission on $10,000 of advertising spend would be $500. A hypothetical $750 monthly service fee would be larger than that commission alone. At $20,000, the same hypothetical commission would be $1,000. These examples compare only those fee components, not the quality, availability or complete price of any provider.

Build a cash-flow checklist

Use your expected payment dates rather than multiplying an introductory price by twelve. Write down the amount due at setup, the second-month fee, the renewal date and the point at which your planned ads require more funding. Keep advertising consumption separate from supplier charges in your records.

  • What is due before the account is made available?
  • What service fee is due after the first month?
  • What commitment, cancellation and renewal terms apply?
  • Which charges can apply to the chosen payment method?
  • What happens to unused advertising funds at the end?

Choose the arrangement that fits your operation

One account may be enough for one advertiser. Additional accounts or a different asset arrangement can change the quote. Ask for the plan that matches your actual operating need instead of buying capacity only because a bundle has a lower headline price.
